To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that are used, damaged, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined on our website: first, submit a return request through our online form, providing your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. For exchanges, we will ship the new product to you once the returned product is confirmed as eligible.
